Our History & Approach

From the inception of the company in October 2009, Cirrus Energy Nigeria was set up to provide Technical Manpower, Procurement Services and Project Management Services.

Cirrus Energy till date has worked on various projects including; Oando Exploration and Production Limited on Akepo Field Project, Conserve Oil Nigeria Limited on Bonga Field Development Project FPSO (Audit), International Energy Services Limited (IESL) on Domestic Gas Supply Obligation (DSO) Project and Egina FPSO Project, National Engineering and Technical Company Limited (NETCO) on Egina FPSO Project.

We have a pool of highly skilled professionals with multifaceted experience, who have acquired technical skills working for the various major producers in the oil and gas industry.

Management Team

Akeem Owoade

Business Development Director

Akeem has an MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen UK, and a BSc (Hons) in Chemical and Polymer Engineering from the Lagos State University in Nigeria.

He has 11years experience in project management and business development, coupled with project coordination and reporting. He is a team player, change agent and champion for process improvements and simplification.

Professional and work experience includes managing people and resources requiring leadership, coaching and mentorship.

Rufun Ibrahim Jauro

Director

Rufun Ibrahim Jauro is an engineer whose specialty is alternative energy and environmental technology. He specialises at project management using his extensive networks to solve problems. He has passion for rural development initiatives and believes in challenges.

Based in Abuja, he also runs a consulting firm and participates in politics. Jauro has international education and working experiences.

Toyin Fashoro

Operations and Projects Director

Toyin is a trained Operations Manager with over 12years experience in Administration, Logistics Co-ordination, Accounts and Personnel placement.

He has been able to apply the skills and experiences gathered over the years in creating sustainable financial strategies for the organizations where he’s worked and has to his credit the design and implementation of standardized accounting processes, business case review and analysis, cost identification and management techniques to ensure adequate returns on investment to continually increase shareholder’s value
